11  Senators Bennett, Miller, and Jones moved the following
12  amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 33, lines 22-31, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association,
18  Inc., the Florida Standardbred Breeders' and Owners'
19  Association, the Florida Greyhound Association, Inc., or the
20  International Jai Alai Players Association governing the
21  payment of purses and awards on live races or games conducted
22  at the licensee's pari-mutuel facility.  In addition, no slot
23  machine license or renewal thereof shall be issued to such an
24  applicant unless the applicant has on file with the division a
25  binding written agreement between the applicant and the
26  Florida Thoroughbred Breeders' Association, Inc., governing
27  the payment of breeders', stallion, and special racing awards
28  on live thoroughbred races conducted at the licensee's
29  pari-mutuel facility. The agreement governing purses and the
30  agreement governing awards may direct the payment of such
31  purses and awards from revenues generated by any wagering or
