15 On page 36........, between lines 2 and 3,

17 insert: 551.124 Minority business enterprise
18 participation.--Any contract for the procurement of materials
19 and services for the expansion or renovation of an eligible
20 facility shall set aside a portion of the total amount of
21 funds for the expansion or renovation for the purpose of
22 entering into contracts with minority business enterprises as
23 defined in s. 288.703.
