11  The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Geller) recommended
12  the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 2, lines 9-20, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  General Revenue Fund in an amount equal to the
18  increased revenues estimated by the Revenue Estimating
19  Conference under subparagraph 2., as follows:
20         (I)  Forty percent to the corporation to be used to
21  offset assessments that would otherwise have been made against
22  assessable insurers and insureds under this subsection.
23         (II)  Forty percent to the Florida Hurricane
24  Catastrophe Fund.
25         (III)  Twenty percent to the Executive Office of the
26  Governor for purposes of funding the housing retrofit program
27  to be administered by the office.
28         b.  If the increased revenues estimated under
29  subparagraph 2. are greater than the certified deficit, the
30  Chief Financial Officer shall transfer an amount equal to the
31  remaining increased revenues from the General Revenue Fund as
