11 The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Geller) recommended
12 the following amendment to amendment (113980):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, line 28, through
16 page 2, line 6, delete those lines
17
18 and insert:
19 b. If the increased revenues estimated under
20 subparagraph 2. are greater than the certified deficit, or if
21 the corporation does not sustain a deficit, the Chief
22 Financial Officer shall transfer an amount equal to such
23 revenues from the General Revenue Fund as follows:
24 (I) Eighty percent to the Florida Hurricane
25 Catastrophe Fund.
26 (II) Twenty percent to the Executive Office of the
27 Governor for the purpose of funding the housing retrofit
28 program to be administered by the office.
29 Section 2. Subject to appropriations by the
30 Legislature, the provisions of this act apply to the deficit
31 incurred by the corporation for fiscal years 2004 and 2005.
