17 Section 9. A person may not lawfully remain on any
18 property or in any structure that is held open to the public
19 generally for commercial purposes and that sells agricultural
20 products or is permitted under chapter 500, Florida Statutes,
21 after the owner or its agent orders that person to leave the
22 premises because the person is engaged in an activity deemed
23 by the owner or its agent to be detrimental to the commercial
24 purposes for which the premises is held open to the public.
