12  Appropriations (Fasano) recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, lines 15 -19, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         Section 2.  Grants for the coordinated 311 nonemergency
19  and other governmental services telephone system grant program
20  within the Department of Community Affairs may be awarded to
21  the extent funds are appropriated in law or made available
22  from private sources.
