A bill to be entitled
2An act relating to Broward County; requiring the Broward
3County Property Appraiser to forward a copy of the
4findings of the Department of Revenue regarding the
5Broward County assessment rolls to the Mayor of Broward
6County; providing an effective date.

8Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10     Section 1.  The Broward County Property Appraiser shall,
11within 90 business days after receipt of the findings of the
12Florida Department of Revenue regarding the Broward County
13assessment rolls, forward a copy of the findings to the Mayor of
14Broward County. The data furnished to the mayor shall be
15identical to that furnished to the property appraiser, including
16all statistical and analytical measures computed for the real
17property assessment roll as a whole and the personal property
18assessment roll as a whole and, independently for the real
19property classes and subclasses studied, results of any audit or
20review of procedures used by the county property appraiser. If
21Broward County is not being studied in the current year, the
22findings must include any value-weighted mean levels of
23assessment projected for that year pursuant to state law.
24     Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
