8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

10 | Section 1. The Broward County Property Appraiser shall, |
11 | within 90 business days after receipt of the findings of the |
12 | Florida Department of Revenue regarding the Broward County |
13 | assessment rolls, forward a copy of the findings to the Mayor of |
14 | Broward County. The data furnished to the mayor shall be |
15 | identical to that furnished to the property appraiser, including |
16 | all statistical and analytical measures computed for the real |
17 | property assessment roll as a whole and the personal property |
18 | assessment roll as a whole and, independently for the real |
19 | property classes and subclasses studied, results of any audit or |
20 | review of procedures used by the county property appraiser. If |
21 | Broward County is not being studied in the current year, the |
22 | findings must include any value-weighted mean levels of |
23 | assessment projected for that year pursuant to state law. |
24 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
