15 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

17 Section 1. (1) The building known as Coquina Hall,
18 located on the campus of the University of South Florida St.
19 Petersburg in Pinellas County, is designated "H. William
20 Heller Hall."
21 (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
22 directed to erect suitable markers designating H. William
23 Heller Hall as described in subsection (1).
24 (3) This section shall take effect upon the effective
25 date of the retirement or resignation of H. William Heller
26 from, or the termination of H. William Heller's employment
27 with, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
28 Section 2. Joseph P. D'Alessandro Office Complex
29 designated; Department of Management Services to erect
30 suitable markers.--

2 Victoria Avenue in Fort Myers, Lee County, is designated as
3 the "Joseph P. D'Alessandro Office Complex."
4 (2) The Department of Management Services is directed
5 to erect suitable markers designating the Joseph P.
6 D'Alessandro Office Complex as described in subsection (1).
7 Section 3. John M. McKay Visitors' Pavilion
8 designated; Florida State University to erect suitable
9 markers.--
10 (1) The proposed entrance pavilion at the John and
11 Mabel Ringling Museum of Art at the Florida State University
12 Center for Cultural Arts in Sarasota is designated as the
13 "John M. McKay Visitors' Pavilion."
14 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
15 suitable markers designating the John M. Mckay Visitors'
16 Pavilion as described in subsection (1).
17 Section 4. Reubin O'D. Askew Student Life Center
18 designated; Florida State University to erect suitable
19 markers.--
20 (1) The Student Life Building at Florida State
21 University is designated as the "Reubin O'D. Askew Student
22 Life Center."
23 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
24 suitable markers designating the Reubin O'D. Askew Student
25 Life Center as described in subsection (1).
26 Section 5. Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall designated;
27 Florida State University to erect suitable markers.--
28 (1) The new residence hall complex at Florida State
29 University, located at 921 College Avenue, is designated as
30 "Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall."

6 (1) The Education and Administration Building at the
7 Florida State University College of Medicine is designated as
8 the "John Thrasher Building."
9 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
10 suitable markers designating the John Thrasher Building as
11 described in subsection (1).
12 Section 7. Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium
13 designated; Florida State University to erect suitable
14 markers.--
15 (1) The baseball field at Florida State University is
16 designated as the "Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium."
17 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
18 suitable markers designating the Mike Martin Field at Dick
19 Howser Stadium as described in subsection (1).
20 Section 8. JoAnne Graf Softball Field designated;
21 Florida State University to erect suitable markers.--
22 (1) The softball field at Florida State University is
23 designated as the "JoAnne Graf Field."
24 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
25 suitable markers designating the JoAnne Graf Field as
26 described in subsection (1).
27 Section 9. Powell Family Structures and Materials
28 Laboratory designated; University of Florida to erect suitable
29 markers.--
30 (1) The new Structures and Materials Research
31 Laboratory for the College of Engineering at the University of

2 Materials Laboratory."
3 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
4 suitable markers designating the Powell Family Structures and
5 Materials Laboratory as described in subsection (1).
6 Section 10. Steinbrenner Band Hall designated;
7 University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
8 (1) The proposed band rehearsal facility at the
9 University of Florida is designated as "Steinbrenner Band
10 Hall."
11 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
12 suitable markers designating Steinbrenner Band Hall as
13 described in subsection (1).
14 Section 11. Jim and Alexis Pugh Hall designated;
15 University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
16 (1) The building that will house the Graham Center and
17 other programs at the University of Florida to be built near
18 Newell Hall is designated as "Jim and Alexis Pugh Hall."
19 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
20 suitable markers which shall read "Pugh Hall."
21 Section 12. L. E. "Red" Larson Dairy Science Building
22 designated; University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
23 (1) The Dairy Science Building at the University of
24 Florida is designated as the "L. E. 'Red' Larson Dairy Science
25 Building."
26 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
27 suitable markers which shall read "Larson Hall."
28 Section 13. Kleist Health Education Center designated;
29 Florida Gulf Coast University to erect suitable markers.--

9 (1) The Resort and Hospitality Management Program
10 facility is designated as "Herbert J. Sugden Hall."
11 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is directed to erect
12 suitable markers designating the Herbert J. Sugden Hall as
13 described in subsection (1).
14 Section 15. Holmes Hall designated; Florida Gulf Coast
15 University to erect suitable markers.--
16 (1) The engineering program facility at Florida Gulf
17 Coast University is designated as "Holmes Hall."
18 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is directed to erect
19 suitable markers designating the Holmes Hall as described in
20 subsection (1).
21 Section 16. Lutgert Hall designated; Florida Gulf
22 Coast University to erect suitable markers.--
23 (1) The College of Business facility at Florida Gulf
24 Coast University is designated as "Lutgert Hall."
25 (2) Florida Gulf Coast University is directed to erect
26 suitable markers designating the Lutgert Hall as described in
27 subsection (1).
28 Section 17. Marleen and Harold Forkas Alumni Center
29 designated; Florida Atlantic University to erect suitable
30 markers.--

7 Section 18. Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum
8 designated; Florida International University to erect suitable
9 markers.--
10 (1) The art museum on the campus of Florida
11 International University, University Park Campus in Miami, is
12 designated as the "Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum."
13 (2) Florida International University is directed to
14 erect suitable markers designating the Patricia and Phillip
15 Frost Art Museum as described in subsection (1).
16 Section 19. John S. Curran, M.D., Children's Health
17 Center designated; University of South Florida to erect
18 suitable markers.--
19 (1) Notwithstanding s. 267.062, Florida Statutes, the
20 building located at the University of South Florida which will
21 house the Children's Medical Services of the Department of
22 Health is designated as the "John S. Curran, M.D., Children's
23 Health Center."
24 (2) The University of South Florida is directed to
25 erect suitable markers designating the John S. Curran, M.D.,
26 Children's Health Center as described in subsection (1).
27 (3) This section shall take effect upon the effective
28 date of the retirement or resignation of John S. Curran from,
29 or the termination of his employment with, the University of
30 South Florida.

1 Section 20. William W. "Bill" Hinkley Center for Solid
2 and Hazardous Waste Management designated; Department of
3 Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers.--
4 (1) The Florida Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste
5 Management in Gainesville is designated as the "William W.
6 'Bill' Hinkley Center for Solid and Hazardous Waste
7 Management."
8 (2) The Department of Environmental Protection, in
9 coordination with the University of Florida and the University
10 of Florida Foundation, shall erect suitable markers
11 designating the William W. "Bill" Hinkley Center for Solid and
12 Hazardous Waste Management as described in subsection (1).
13 Section 21. (1) The Florida Agricultural and
14 Mechanical University-Florida State University College of
15 Engineering Building in Tallahassee is designated as the
16 "Herbert F. Morgan Building."
17 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and
18 Florida State University may erect markers for designating the
19 Herbert F. Morgan Building as described in subsection (1).
20 Section 22. (1) The School of Business and Industry
21 Building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
22 designated as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."
23 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
24 directed to erect suitable markers designating the Sybil C.
25 Mobley Business Building.
26 Section 23. (1) The new Allied Health Building at
27 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
28 as the "Margaret W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied Health
29 Building."

20 (1) The Multipurpose Classroom Building Number 46 at

23 (2) The University of North Florida is authorized to
24 erect suitable markers designating Hodges Stadium as described
25 in subsection (1).
26 Section 27. Except as otherwise expressly provided in
27 this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
