15 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

17 Section 1. (1) The building known as Coquina Hall,
18 located on the campus of the University of South Florida St.
19 Petersburg in Pinellas County, is designated "H. William
20 Heller Hall."
21 (2) The University of South Florida St. Petersburg is
22 directed to erect suitable markers designating H. William
23 Heller Hall as described in subsection (1).
24 (3) This section shall take effect upon the effective
25 date of the retirement or resignation of H. William Heller
26 from, or the termination of H. William Heller's employment
27 with, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
28 Section 2. Joseph P. D'Alessandro Office Complex
29 designated; Department of Management Services to erect
30 suitable markers.--

15 suitable markers designating the John M. Mckay Visitors'
16 Pavilion as described in subsection (1).
17 Section 4. Reubin O'D. Askew Student Life Center
18 designated; Florida State University to erect suitable
19 markers.--
20 (1) The Student Life Building at Florida State
21 University is designated as the "Reubin O'D. Askew Student
22 Life Center."
23 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
24 suitable markers designating the Reubin O'D. Askew Student
25 Life Center as described in subsection (1).
26 Section 5. Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall designated;
27 Florida State University to erect suitable markers.--
28 (1) The new residence hall complex at Florida State
29 University, located at 921 College Avenue, is designated as
30 "Sherrill Williams Ragans Hall."

15 (1) The baseball field at Florida State University is
16 designated as the "Mike Martin Field at Dick Howser Stadium."
17 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
18 suitable markers designating the Mike Martin Field at Dick
19 Howser Stadium as described in subsection (1).
20 Section 8. JoAnne Graf Softball Field designated;
21 Florida State University to erect suitable markers.--
22 (1) The softball field at Florida State University is
23 designated as the "JoAnne Graf Field."
24 (2) Florida State University is authorized to erect
25 suitable markers designating the JoAnne Graf Field as
26 described in subsection (1).

30 (1) The new Structures and Materials Research

20 suitable markers which shall read "Pugh Hall."
21 Section 12. L. E. "Red" Larson Dairy Science Building
22 designated; University of Florida to erect suitable markers.--
23 (1) The Dairy Science Building at the University of
24 Florida is designated as the "L. E. 'Red' Larson Dairy Science
25 Building."
26 (2) The University of Florida is directed to erect
27 suitable markers which shall read "Larson Hall."
28 Section 13. Kleist Health Education Center designated;

16 Section 19. John S. Curran, M.D., Children's Health
17 Center designated; University of South Florida to erect
18 suitable markers.--
19 (1) Notwithstanding s. 267.062, Florida Statutes, the
20 building located at the University of South Florida which will
21 house the Children's Medical Services of the Department of
22 Health is designated as the "John S. Curran, M.D., Children's
23 Health Center."
24 (2) The University of South Florida is directed to
25 erect suitable markers designating the John S. Curran, M.D.,
26 Children's Health Center as described in subsection (1).
27 (3) This section shall take effect upon the effective
28 date of the retirement or resignation of John S. Curran from,
29 or the termination of his employment with, the University of
30 South Florida.

18 Florida State University may erect markers for designating the
19 Herbert F. Morgan Building as described in subsection (1).
20 Section 22. (1) The School of Business and Industry
21 Building at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
22 designated as the "Sybil C. Mobley Business Building."
23 (2) Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is
24 directed to erect suitable markers designating the Sybil C.
25 Mobley Business Building.
26 Section 23. (1) The new Allied Health Building at
27 Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University is designated
28 as the "Margaret W. Lewis/Jacqueline B. Beck Allied Health

26 Section 27. Except as otherwise expressly provided in
27 this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
