12  recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 2, lines 4-9, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (11)  A licensed well water contractor may facilitate
19  the performance of additional work by an appropriately
20  licensed contractor which is incidental to the construction,
21  repair, or abandonment of a water well. For purposes of this
22  subsection, incidental work is limited to the electrical
23  connection of a pump, connecting a well to a residential
24  dwelling, constructing a pump house or pump vault of 100
25  square feet or less, constructing a nonstructural well slab of
26  100 square feet or less, constructing fencing, and
27  landscaping. This part does not authorize a licensed water
28  well contractor to perform any services or work for which a
29  license under chapter 489 is required.
