| 4 | Remove lines 22-33 and insert: |
| 5 | each fiscal agent area to assist in conducting the campaign and |
| 6 | to direct the distribution of undesignated funds remaining after |
| 7 | partial distribution pursuant to s. 110.181(2)(e). The committee |
| 8 | shall be composed of state employees selected by the fiscal |
| 9 | agent from among recommendations provided by interested |
| 10 | participating organizations, if any, and approved by the |
| 11 | Statewide Steering Committee. |
| 12 | (e) Participating charitable organizations that provide |
| 13 | direct services in a local fiscal agent's area shall receive the |
| 14 | same percentage of undesignated funds as the percentage of |
| 15 | designated funds they receive. The undesignated funds remaining |
| 16 | following allocation to these charitable organizations shall be |
| 17 | distributed by the local steering committee. |
