12 Appropriations (Fasano) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 12, lines 23-27, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (c) At least 90 days before adopting a resolution
19 seeking a change in the boundary of an enterprise zone, the
20 governing body shall include in a notice of the meeting at
21 which the resolution will be considered an explanation that a
22 change in the boundary of an enterprise zone will be
23 considered and that the change may result in loss of
24 enterprise zone eligibility for the area affected by the
25 boundary change.
