1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to official state designations; creating
3	s. 15.0301, F.S.; designating an official state motto;
4	creating s. 15.052, F.S.; designating the future Admiral
5	John H. Fetterman State of Florida Maritime Museum and
6	Research Center in Pensacola as the official state
7	maritime museum; providing for future review and repeal of
8	the designation; providing an effective date.

10	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12	Section 1.  Section 15.0301, Florida Statutes, is created
13	to read:
14	15.0301  State motto.--"In God We Trust" is hereby
15	designated and declared the official motto of the State of
16	Florida.
17	Section 2.  Section 15.052, Florida Statutes, is created to
18	read:
19	15.052  Official state maritime museum.--
20	(1)  The Admiral John H. Fetterman State of Florida
21	Maritime Museum and Research Center, to be built in the City of
22	Pensacola, is designated as the official state maritime museum.
23	(2)  This section is repealed July 1, 2015, unless reviewed
24	and reenacted by the Legislature before that date.
25	Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
