14 On page 16, between lines 21 and 22,

16 insert:
17 (21) A homeowners' association, as defined in s.
18 720.301, a condominium association, as defined in s. 718.103,
19 or a cooperative association, as defined in s. 719.103, may
20 petition a municipality or county to initiate the interlocal
21 agreement process in part II of chapter 171.
