12 (Atwater) recommended the following substitute for amendment

15 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
16 On page 2, lines 27 through page 4, line 28, delete
17 those lines
18
19 and insert:
20 (4) Audits - Certified public accountants conducting
21 audits of local governmental entities and district school
22 boards shall report, as part of the audit, whether or not the
23 local governmental entity or district school board has
24 complied with this section and whether or not the revenues
25 generated by each impact fee are spent in accordance with
26 local laws pertaining to impact fees.
27 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
