12 recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, line 24, through
16 page 4, line 28, delete those lines
17
18 and insert:
19 (4) Certified public accountants conducting audits of
20 local governmental entities and district school boards shall
21 report, as a part of the audit, whether or not the local
22 governmental entity or district school board has complied with
23 this section and local laws pertaining to impact fees.
24 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
