14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, between lines 26 and 27,

17 insert:
18 (4) Notwithstanding any other state law or any local
19 ordinance the term "sales price" in s. 212.02 excludes the
20 amount paid for a permit fee or an impact fee.
