  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to indictment and information;

  3         repealing s. 923.03, F.S., which provides for

  4         the form of indictment and information in

  5         applicable cases; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  Section 923.03, Florida Statutes, is

10  repealed.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect October 1, 2006.
