17 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

19 | Section 1. Osun's Village designated; Department of |
20 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
21 | (1) That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 54th |
22 | Street and N.W. 60th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |
23 | as "Osun's Village." |
24 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
25 | suitable markers designating Osun's Village as described in |
26 | subsection (1). |
27 | Section 2. African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor |
28 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
29 | markers.-- |
30 | (1) That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 36th |
31 | Street and N.W. 79th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |
32 | as "African Caribbean Cultural Arts Corridor." |
33 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
34 | suitable markers designating African Caribbean Cultural Arts |
35 | Corridor as described in subsection (1). |
36 | Section 3. Burl Marler Walkway designated; Department of |
37 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
38 | (1) The pedestrian overpass on John Sims Parkway in the |
39 | City of Niceville in Okaloosa County is designated as "Burl |
40 | Marler Walkway." |
41 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
42 | suitable markers designating Burl Marler Walkway as described in |
43 | subsection (1). |
44 | Section 4. Dr. Phillip A. Payne Bridge designated; |
45 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
46 | (1) The Cervantes Street Bridge on U.S. Highway 90 over |
47 | Bayou Texar in the City of Pensacola in Escambia County is |
48 | designated as "Dr. Phillip A. Payne Bridge." |
49 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
50 | suitable markers designating Dr. Phillip A. Payne Bridge as |
51 | described in subsection (1). |
52 | Section 5. Carlos C. Lopez-Aguiar Way designated; |
53 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
54 | (1) That portion of S.W. 1st Street between 8th Avenue and |
55 | 12th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as "Carlos C. |
56 | Lopez-Aguiar Way." |
57 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
58 | suitable markers designating Carlos C. Lopez-Aguiar Way as |
59 | described in subsection (1). |
60 | Section 6. Reverend Samuel Atchison Boulevard designated; |

62 | (1) That portion of N.W. 7th Avenue between N.W. 62nd |
63 | Street and N.W. 95th Street in Miami-Dade County is designated |
64 | as "Reverend Samuel Atchison Boulevard." |

68 | Section 7. Adam Leigh Cann Building designated; Department |

71 | District Six Headquarters commonly known as the Main Building, |
72 | which is located at 1000 N.W. 111th Avenue in the City of Miami, |
73 | is designated as the "Adam Leigh Cann Building." |

75 | suitable markers designating the Adam Leigh Cann Building as |
76 | described in subsection (1). |
77 | Section 8. Senator N. Ray Carroll Memorial Interchange |
78 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |

80 | (1) The Florida Turnpike interchange being constructed at |
81 | Milepost 240 and Kissimmee Park Road in Osceola County is |
82 | designated as "Senator N. Ray Carroll Memorial Interchange." |
83 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
84 | suitable markers designating Senator N. Ray Carroll Memorial |
85 | Interchange as described in subsection (1). |
86 | Section 9. Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard designated; |
87 | Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers; repeal |
88 | of prior designation.-- |
89 | (1) That portion of State Road 944 on N.W. 54th Street |
90 | between U.S. Highway 1 and N.E. 2nd Avenue in Miami-Dade County |
91 | is designated as "Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard." |
92 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
93 | suitable markers designating Toussaint L'Ouverture Boulevard as |
94 | described in subsection (1). |
95 | (3) Section 6 of chapter 2003-296, Laws of Florida, is |
96 | repealed. |
97 | Section 10. Reverend Gerard Jean-Juste Boulevard |
98 | designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable |
99 | markers.-- |
100 | (1) That portion of State Road 944 on N.W. 54th Street |
101 | between N.E. 2nd Avenue and N.W. 7th Avenue in Miami-Dade County |
102 | is designated as "Reverend Gerard Jean-Juste Boulevard." |
103 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
104 | suitable markers designating Reverend Gerard Jean-Juste |
105 | Boulevard as described in subsection (1). |
106 | Section 11. A.B. Martin Street designated; Department of |
107 | Transportation to erect suitable markers.-- |
108 | (1) That portion of N.W. 135th Street between N.W. 27th |
109 | Avenue and N.W. 37th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated |
110 | as "A.B. Martin Street." |
111 | (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect |
112 | suitable markers designating A.B. Martin Street as described in |
113 | subsection (1). |
114 | Section 12. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006. |
