11  Senators Bennett and Dockery moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 28, line 11, through page 29, line 15, delete
15  those lines
16  
17  and insert:
18  the Internal Improvement Trust Fund; the commission; the
19  commissioner; the Babcock Ranch Management, LLC, a limited
20  liability corporation registered to do business in this state,
21  or its successors or assigns; the Charlotte County Board of
22  County Commissioners, and the Lee County Board of County
23  Commissioners in the following manner:
24         (a)1.  The Board of Trustees of the Internal
25  Improvement Trust Fund shall appoint four members. One
26  appointee shall have expertise in domesticated livestock
27  management, production, and marketing, including range
28  management and livestock business management. One appointee
29  shall have expertise in the management of game and nongame
30  wildlife and fish populations, including hunting, fishing, and
31  other recreational activities. One appointee shall have

 1  expertise in the sustainable management of forest lands for
 2  commodity purposes. One appointee shall have expertise in
 3  financial management, budget and program analysis, and small
 4  business operations.
 5         2.  The commission shall appoint one non-voting member
 6  with expertise in hunting; fishing; nongame species
 7  management; or wildlife habitat management, restoration, and
 8  conservation.
 9         3.  The commissioner shall appoint one non-voting
10  member with expertise in agricultural operations or foresty
11  management.
12         4.  The Babcock Ranch Management, LLC, or its
13  successors or assigns, shall appoint one member with expertise
14  in the activities and management of the Babcock Crescent B
15  Ranch on the date of acquisition of the ranch by the state.
16  This appointee shall serve on the board of directors only
17  until the termination of or expiration of the management
18  agreement referenced in paragraph (11)(a). Upon termination of
