14 On page 26, line 9 through page 27, line 9, delete
15 those lines
16
17 and insert:
18 (f) Nothing in this section shall be construed to
19 interfere with or prevent the ability of Babcock Ranch, Inc.,
20 to implement agricultural practices authorized by the
21 agricultural land use designations established in the local
22 comprehensive plans of either Charlotte or Lee Counties as
23 those plans apply to the Babcock Ranch Preserve, so long as
24 such plans are not in conflict with this section or general
25 law.
26 (g) Nothing in this section shall preclude the
27 maintenance and use of roads and trails or the relocation of
28 roads in existence on the effective date of this section, or
29 the construction, maintenance, and use of new trails, or any
30 motorized access necessary for the administration of the land
31 contained within the preserve, including motorized access
