  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to highway designations;

  3         designating a portion of S.W. 10th Street in

  4         Deerfield Beach as "Trinchi Boulevard";

  5         directing the Department of Transportation to

  6         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Trinchi Boulevard designated; Department of

12  Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  The portion of S.W. 10th Street between F.A.U.

14  Research Park Boulevard and the Sawgrass Expressway in

15  Deerfield Beach is designated as "Trinchi Boulevard."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Trinchi Boulevard as

18  described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
