11  Senator Fasano moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 2, lines 8-28, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  
17         (2)  The agency shall publish the Nursing Home Guide
18  annually provide additional information in consumer-friendly
19  printed form and quarterly in electronic form formats to
20  assist consumers and their families in comparing and
21  evaluating nursing home facilities.
22         (a)  The agency shall provide an Internet site that
23  provides which shall include at least the following
24  information either directly or indirectly through a link to
25  another established site or sites of the agency's choosing:
26         1.  A list by name and address of all nursing home
27  facilities in this state, including any prior name by which a
28  facility was known during the previous 24-month period.
29         2.  Whether such nursing home facilities are
30  proprietary or nonproprietary.
31         3.  The current owner of the facility's license and the
