14 On page 1, between lines 24 and 25,

16 insert:
17 Section 1. Subsection (5) is added to section
18 381.0035, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 381.0035 Educational course on HIV and AIDS; employees
20 and clients of certain health care facilities.--
21 (5) This section does not apply to an employee of a
22 nursing home facility or an assisted living facility if such
23 employee is licensed or certified under chapter 458, chapter
24 459, chapter 461, part I of chapter 464, part II of chapter
25 468, or chapter 486. Instead, such employee must comply with
26 the educational requirements in s. 456.033 concerning the
27 human immunodeficiency virus and the acquired immune
28 deficiency syndrome.
