| 5 | "agricultural purposes"; providing an effective date. |

| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 8 |
|
| 9 | Section 1. Subsection (5) of section 193.461, Florida |
| 10 | Statutes, is amended to read: |
| 11 | 193.461 Agricultural lands; classification and assessment; |
| 12 | mandated eradication or quarantine program.-- |
| 13 | (5) For the purpose of this section, "agricultural |
| 14 | purposes" includes, but is not limited to, horticulture; |
| 15 | floriculture; viticulture; forestry; dairy; livestock; poultry; |
| 16 | bee; pisciculture, when the land is used principally for the |
| 17 | production of tropical fish; aquaculture, including property |
| 18 | used exclusively for commercial landing of seafood; sod farming; |
| 19 | and all forms of farm products and farm production. |
| 20 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006. |
