13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 86, between lines 21 and 22,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 38.  Section 553.382, Florida Statutes, is
18  created to read:
19         553.382  Placement of certain housing notwithstanding
20  other laws.--Notwithstanding any other law, in order to expand
21  the option for affordable housing in this state, residential
22  housing that is transportable, relocatable, certified under
23  this chapter, and certified to withstand a hurricane that is
24  category 5 or stronger may be placed in a mobile home park,
25  recreational vehicle park, or mobile home subdivision.
