11  The Committee on Health Care (Peaden) recommended the
12  following amendment to amendment (210156):

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 4, lines 2-3, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  and Government Accountability shall submit
18  interim reports to the Legislature.
19         (3) To be eligible for the grant, school districts must
20  agree to collect information that the Office of Program Policy
21  Analysis and Government Accountability needs to conduct its
22  evaluations. This information will facilitate the Office of
23  Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability's
24  evaluation of the pilot program's effectiveness in changing
25  body mass index, increasing knowledge, and improving attitudes
26  and behaviors related to nutrition and physical activity. The
27  Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government
28  Accountability must supply a form for participating school
29  districts to record the information and identify the
30  information that must be collected for the evaluation. The
31  school district must collect baseline and school-year-end
