  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to building designations;

  3         designating a building in Lee County as the

  4         Joseph P. D'Alessandro Office Complex;

  5         directing the Department of Management Services

  6         to erect suitable markers; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Joseph P. D'Alessandro Office Complex

12  designated; Department of Management Services to erect

13  suitable markers.--

14         (1)  The State of Florida Office Complex at 2295

15  Victoria Avenue in Fort Myers, Lee County, is designated as

16  the "Joseph P. D'Alessandro Office Complex."

17         (2)  The Department of Management Services is directed

18  to erect suitable markers designating the Joseph P.

19  D'Alessandro Office Complex as described in subsection (1).

20         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
