17         Section 5.  Section 627.747, Florida Statutes, is
18  created to read:
19         627.747  Motor vehicle insurance inspections.--All
20  preinsurance inspections required by this chapter for the
21  issuance of motor vehicle insurance policies performed in a
22  county having a 2004 estimated population in excess of 50,000
23  shall include two color images at oblique angles, clearly
24  showing all four sides of the vehicle and any observable prior
25  damage, and taking one color image of the Motor Vehicle Safety
26  Standard Label, which includes the vehicle identification
27  number. The term "color image" means any acceptable technology
28  producing a clear visual image in color, including, but not
29  limited to, an instant type photograph, a photograph using the
30  film process, or a digital photograph or other digital-imaging
31  process that may be accessed, stored, and retrieved
