17 insert:
18 Section 26. Subsection (12) is added to section
19 723.0612, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 723.0612 Change in use; relocation expenses; payments
21 by park owner.--
22 (12) If the owner of a mobile home or a recreational
23 vehicle park applies to a local government to change the use
24 of the land to a single-family residential or multi-family
25 land use and the existing park has a density of 10 mobile
26 homes or recreational vehicles or more per acre, the local
27 government must allow at least 10 residential units per acre
28 if:
29 (a) The proposed change in the use of the land is
30 otherwise consistent with the local comprehensive plan; and
31 (b) The initial sales price of all residential units
