11 The Committee on Judiciary (Posey) recommended the following
12 amendment to amendment (692684):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 4, lines 24-30, delete those lines
16
17 and insert: Section 2. The sum of $300,000 is appropriated
18 from the General Revenue Fund to the Fourth Judicial Circuit
19 Court in Duval County for the 2006-2007 fiscal year, to be
20 used in implementing the Community Advisory Panel on Foster
21 Care Pilot Program created by this act. The chief judge of the
22 Fourth Judicial Circuit shall contract with the
23 community-based care lead agency for foster care and adoption
24 in Duval County for services associated with the
25 administration of the pilot program as provided in this act.
