11 The Committee on Criminal Justice (Klein) recommended the

15 On page 6, between lines 3 and 4,

17 insert:
18 (5) School districts that have policies for preventing
19 bullying, including consequences, in their code of student
20 conduct are exempt from this section. School districts must
21 review their policies annually to ensure that all students are
22 protected.
