13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 16, between lines 17 and 18,

16 insert:
17 Section 15. Paragraph (h) is added to subsection (2)
18 of section 810.09, Florida Statutes, to read:
19 810.09 Trespass on property other than structure or
20 conveyance.--
21 (2)
22 (h) The offender commits a felony of the third degree,
23 punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s.
24 775.084, if the property trespassed upon is an agricultural
25 chemicals manufacturing facility that is legally posted and
26 identified in substantially the following manner: "THIS AREA
27 IS A DESIGNATED AGRICULTURAL CHEMICALS MANUFACTURING FACILITY,
28 AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY."
29 Section 16. Subsection (12) is added to section
30 810.011, Florida Statutes, to read:
31 810.011 Definitions.--As used in this chapter:

1 (12) "Agricultural chemicals manufacturing facility"
2 means any facility, and any properties or structures
3 associated with the facility, used for the manufacture,
4 processing, or storage of agricultural chemicals classified in
5 Industry Group 287 contained in the Standard Industrial
6 Classification Manual, 1987, as published by the Office of
7 Management and Budget, Executive Office of the President.

16 insert:
17 amending s. 810.09, F.S.; providing criminal

21 manufacturing facility";
