13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 16, line 18, delete that line
15
16 and insert:
17 Section 15. Assessment of obsolete agricultural
18 equipment.--
19 (1) For purposes of ad valorem property taxation,
20 agricultural equipment that is located on property classified
21 as agricultural under s. 193.461, Florida Statues and that is
22 no longer usable for its intended purpose shall be deemed to
23 have a market value no greater than its value for salvage.
24 (2) This section shall take effect January 1, 2007.
25 Section 16. Except as otherwise expressly provided in
26 this act, this act shall take effect on July 1, 2006.
