14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 5, lines 18 through 22, delete those lines

17 and insert: applicant must have completed 6 8 classroom hours
18 of plant bed and ornamental continuing education training
19 approved by the department and provide sufficient proof,
20 according to criteria established by department rule, that the
21 applicant has been in the landscape maintenance business for
22 at least 3 years.
