12 following amendment:

15 On page 5, line 14, through page 6, line 10, delete
16 those lines
17
18 and insert:
19 (6) In addition to the immunity granted in subsection
20 (5), managed care organization employees or contractors whose
21 responsibilities include the investigation and disposition of
22 claims relating to suspected fraudulent or abusive acts may
23 share information relating to persons suspected of committing
24 fraudulent or abusive acts with other managed care
25 organizations' employees or contractors, of the same or other
26 managed care organization, whose responsibilities include the
27 investigation and disposition of claims relating to fraudulent
28 or abusive acts. A person or managed care organization is not
29 subject to civil liability, of any nature, absent proof by
30 clear and convincing evidence of a specific intent to harm a
31 person or entity that is the subject of information-sharing or
