  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to public records and meetings;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to create an

  4         exemption from public-records and

  5         public-meetings requirements; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to create an

11  exemption from public-records and public-meetings requirements

12  and to provide a statement of the public necessity for

13  creating the exemption.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
