  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the payment of instructional

  3         costs; expressing the legislative intent to

  4         revise laws relating to the determination of

  5         residency for tuition purposes; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the determination of residency for tuition

12  purposes.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
