14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 1, between lines 20 and 21,

17 insert:
18 Section 2. Subsection (2) of section 480.043, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 480.043 Massage establishments: requisites; licensure;
21 inspection.--
22 (2) The board shall adopt rules governing the operation
23 of establishments and their facilities, personnel, safety and
24 sanitary requirements, including pools used in conjunction
25 with hydrotherapy in establishments licensed pursuant to this
26 section, financial responsibilities, insurance coverage, and
27 the license application and granting process.
