14 On page 6, line 24, delete that line

16 and insert: premises as defined in s. 386.203(12) or, if the
17 licensed premises is in a building that is individually listed
18 in the National Register of Historic Places as defined in s.
19 267.021, no more than 20 percent of the gross revenue of the
20 business is from the sale of food consumed on the licensed
21 premises s. 386.203(11). However, an application to
22 individually list the building in the National Register of
23 Historic Places must have been submitted to the Department of
24 State before October 1, 2006.
