15 On page 5, between lines 7 and 8,

17 insert:
18 Section 5. Section 386.208, Florida Statutes, is
19 amended to read:
20 386.208 Penalties.--Any person who violates s.
21 386.204(1) commits a noncriminal violation as defined in s.
22 775.08(3), punishable by a fine of not more than $100 for the
23 first violation and not more than $500 for each subsequent
24 violation. Jurisdiction shall be with the appropriate county
25 court.
