11  The Committee on Health Care (Atwater) recommended the
12  following amendment to amendment (951702):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 3, lines 20-29, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 3.  Subsection (7) is added to section 400.606,
19  Florida Statutes, to read:
20         400.606  License; application; renewal; conditional
21  license or permit; certificate of need.--
22         (7)  The agency may deny a license to an applicant that
23  fails to meet any condition for the provision of hospice care
24  or services imposed by the agency on a certificate of need by
25  final agency action, unless, as determined by the agency in
26  its sole discretion, that good cause exists for the
27  applicant's failure to meet such condition.
