11  Senator Baker moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 1, line 24, through
15            page 2, line 13, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 2.  Subsection (1) of section 316.027, Florida
20  section, to read:
21         316.027  Crash involving death or personal injuries.--
22         (1)(a)  The driver of any vehicle involved in a crash
23  occurring on public or private property that results resulting
24  in injury of any person must immediately stop the vehicle at
25  the scene of the crash, or as close thereto as possible, and
26  must remain at the scene of the crash until he or she has
27  fulfilled the requirements of s. 316.062. Any person who
28  willfully violates this paragraph commits is guilty of a
29  felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s.
30  775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
31         (b)  The driver of any vehicle involved in a crash
