17         490.0149  Specialties.--
18         (1)  As used in this section, the term "certified
19  psychology specialist," "board-certified psychology
20  specialist," or "psychology diplomate" means a psychologist
21  with recognized special competency acquired through an
22  organized sequence of formal education, training, experience,
23  and professional standing that is recognized by a certifying
24  body approved by the board pursuant to criteria adopted under
25  subsection (3).
