  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the designation of

  3         university buildings; designating the FAMU-FSU

  4         College of Engineering Building as the "Herbert

  5         F. Morgan Building"; providing for the erection

  6         of markers; providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  (1)  The Florida Agricultural and

11  Mechanical University-Florida State University College of

12  Engineering Building in Tallahassee is designated as the

13  "Herbert F. Morgan Building."

14         (2)  Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and

15  Florida State University may erect markers for designating the

16  Herbert F. Morgan Building as described in subsection (1).

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
