| 9 | (10) TEMPORARY GRADERS OF THE FCAT.--Notwithstanding any |
| 10 | law to the contrary, the names and qualifications of all |
| 11 | temporary graders who evaluate the essay portion of the FCAT or |
| 12 | grade the FCAT shall be public records open and made available |
| 13 | to the public. |
