11  The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Productivity
12  (Sebesta) recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         Delete everything after the enacting clause
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 1.  Bob Martinez Center designated; Department
19  of Management Services to erect suitable markers.--
20         (1)  The site at 2600 Blair Stone Road in Tallahassee,
21  which houses offices and a laboratory facility for the
22  Department of Environmental Protection, is designated as the
23  "Bob Martinez Center."
24         (2)  The Department of Management Services is directed
25  to erect suitable markers designating the Bob Martinez Center
26  as described in subsection (1).
27         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.

11         markers; providing an effective date.
