  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to building designations;

  3         designating the Department of Environmental

  4         Protection building at 2600 Blair Stone Road in

  5         Tallahassee as the "Bob Martinez Building";

  6         directing the Department of Environmental

  7         Protection to erect suitable markers; providing

  8         an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11  

12         Section 1.  Bob Martinez Building designated;

13  Department of Environmental Protection to erect suitable

14  markers.

15         (1)  The building at 2600 Blair Stone Road in

16  Tallahassee which houses the office of the Department of

17  Environmental Protection is designated as the "Bob Martinez

18  Building."

19         (2)  The Department of Environmental Protection is

20  directed to erect suitable markers designating the Bob

21  Martinez Building as described in subsection (1).

22         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
