  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to state parks; providing

  3         members of the Florida National Guard and

  4         certain relatives of such members free entrance

  5         to state parks; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  A person who is a member of the Florida

10  National Guard, and the spouse or minor children of such a

11  person, shall not be charged a fee for admission to a state

12  park.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
