11  The Committee on Children and Families (Campbell) recommended
12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 5, between lines 12 and 13,
16  
17  insert:  (7) The annual evaluation required by s.
18  409.167(4)(a), Florida Statutes, shall include an evaluation
19  of the pilot described in this bill, comparing performance and
20  fiscal management of the community-based care lead agencies in
21  the pilot to those not in the pilot. In addition, the Office
22  of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability and
23  the Office of the Auditor General shall jointly complete an
24  evaluation of the pilot and provide an interim report to the
25  Legislature no later than February 1, 2008 and a final report
26  no later than February 1, 2009.
